In this question why have we added 95000 to existing profits (525000) , instead we should have added 233333 (NPV of project) – dividend is paid out of profits and cash flows are not profit

In this case the dividend is already paid so how we can subtract 1.4(which is already been paid) from 22.60 Should we subtract  1.4*1.06 from 22.60

Hi Sir, I m facing difficulty in identifying whether d1 or d0 is given in questions of equity valuation In the image attached shouldn’t isn’t the dividend given is d0 I m getting really confused
