Corporate Finance CFA L2

In solving the additional questions of Corp Finance, there are some questions related to-

Pecking order theory, Modigliani–Miller’s(Proposition 1&2), Static trade off theory, carve out transaction, calculation of economic income (not economic profit), types of merger, HHI index, takeover defence tactics, Pre-offer defense mechanism.

So just want to confirm whether the above terms are in CFA L2 curriculum.

Also there was no marking that the questions wrt above terms are not to be done.
